Hello adword user,
this is important message for you all if you know this that's
excellent.
This issue is with campaign pausing and resume...
If you have some problem with the ad and ad is not running correclty
you generally pause the campaign.
But dont do this this will charge you lot more!!!!! thats true.
If in case your CTR is less you will be charge according to your bid
when you pause your ad that means you have end up and the total clicks
that you receive,amounts are final.
Better to keep campaign running,You may stop ad groups rather than
stoping the campaign.
