Broken Js script?

Hello,

I want to ask why does the EVENT tracking implemented through Tag Manager fails to capture or record values sometimes. Recently, i implemented 2 events tracking for "mail sign up" and "product category clicking" after 3 days the later failed to record any values after doing so for the first 3 days.

I hope my question is clear.
