Product Group Name

Is there any report where I can get the product group name? In the UI it is shown as 'Product Group' in the Product Groups tab.

Yes, you can retrieve those data by implementing AdsApp.Report() and create a query that retrieves data from product_group_view resource. To capture the product group name within the said resource, you need to utilize or filter it by product_group_view.resource_name field.

Thanks for your swift reply.

Already tried that - it doesn't return a human readable name, it returns a series of ids e.g customers/6447040799/productGroupViews/68266739699~293946777945.

How would I get the name that can be seen in the UI?

Can you please share with us the UI screenshot of the data that you are trying to retrieve so that we can check this further if it is possible to retrieve it via Ads scripts? You may share it via ‘Reply privately to author’ option.

I don't have permission to reply to the author - I guess you need to grant this first?

Attached a screenshot without sensitive data for now. The data I can't find is the 'All products' text. I can pull resource name and cost which gives a cost figure that matches this row but I can't get the human readable name.

With regard to your concern, the product_group_view report is the best fit for your use case.
