I need a script of RSA builder, which can be set up at MCC level and provide the data account wise.

This is Maia from the Google Ads Scripts team.

 

You may make use of the AdsApp.​ResponsiveSearchAdBuilder which is a builder for a responsive ad for Search, then you can utilize/implement the AdsManagerApp.ManagedAccountSelector for this to be created on other accounts. This allows you to manage all accounts linked under your manager account through a single script.
