Quality Score Tracker - New Scripts Experience

Hi All, 

I'm wondering if anyone has updated an existing Quality Score Script (Clicteq/Brainlabs/Other) to the new scripts experience.  

I've had numerous attempts at trying to update them over the past few months and unfortunately with my limited coding skills and time to learn, ive not managed to succeed.

If anyone could share one or even share the code changes on one of the historical popular scripts that would be amazing! (or even some prompts to use an Ai to build it, if thats possible)
