Scripts Pulling Upgraded Sitelink Extensions

Hello all,

I'm working on a script to pull sitelink extensions from my account, but I noticed the new "upgraded" sitelinks do not get retrieved by the script. Is there some sort of workaround to grab the upgraded sitelink extensions too?
