Adward Link Checker Backend Java version deprecated.

Hello Team,

We have been using this link checker script for our client, but it is no longer working because its backend is built on Java 8, which is now deprecated and no longer supported on App Engine.

Could you please assist us in getting it deployed again on App Engine using Java 17 or Java 21?
