Add and edit MCC negative keyword lists

Hi,

I think it would be really helpful if we could add and edit negative keyword lists on MCC level via scripts. Right now you can only apply them to campaigns within the MCC, but you can't actually create a new one or add/remove keywords in an existing MCC list.
