When the window has been left open long enough for a new version of the UI to become available, it requires a screen refresh to do anything except edit a script. This includes saving the current version of a script, so changes can (will) be lost.

Hi Josh,

Thanks for bringing this up. We are aware of this issue, but since this is a very rare case, this has been a low priority for us. As a workaround, you could temporarily copy the script to another local editor, refresh the browser, and paste the code back.

Cheers,

I don't think this is as rare as you think it is. Frequently, i'll be working on a script in the evening, and by the next day, there is a new version and it needs to be refreshed. I do as you suggested but the option to autosave would be a great feature.

Oh, and did someone say version control?

Thanks,
Russ

Hi Russell,

Thanks for letting me know, I didn't think of leaving the browser open overnight :)

Cheers,
Anash
