Adjust bid based on location

Hello, I was wondering if there is a way to  increase my bid for all campaigns in a certain location, for example, increase bidding in Los Angeles, Denver, and New York City all by 30% with a script. Thanks!

okey im not doing bid we are just adjusting the distance between us.
