This means that we can't automate it through adword's script right now. Hence have to take the manual way. Or there is any work around for the same.

Also blocking IP's section it is the lowest feature developed.
And it is not in the Scripting where plenty of people would use it but there is in the API were only big companies will use it.
Voila my logic. This feature will never be implemented but the cost to implement is really really low.
They use proxies to hide their real IP and no identification cookie is provided. And Google is charging those as well.
Refraining when this basic (basic!!!) feature will be added is enough, thank you. For me, that is never. I suspect that you do not like my reasoning why such feature will never be implemented but it will remain my opinion. Clear and simple.
Add the feature and I will shut my mouth, even appologize. Until then, for me, Google play is evil.
Thank you.
Hello Chris,
I'm James, a member of the Google Ads Script support team.
I regret to inform you that IP exclusion functionality is not yet supported via Google Ads scripts. However, I already filed a feature request on this and there’s no guarantee that this kind of functionality will be supported anytime soon within Google Ads Scripts. In the meantime, please follow our blog for updates and new releases regarding this.
Regards,
