No header row was found for this spreadsheet

Hi, 

I have received the error message of "No header row was found for this spreadsheet" when upload the attached CSV. Could someone please give me some update about this error.

Could you confirm if the issue was encountered in Google Ads scripts? If yes, so that I can investigate, could you provide the customer ID and the name of the script where the issue occurred? You can provide it via Reply privately to author option.

Has there been an answer to this? I'm having a similar issue with a google sheet that I just tried to upload. I've uploaded it before for months and randomly it stopped working. This was the exact error: "No header row was found for this spreadsheet"

I am afraid that there is currently no answer to this error that had been encountered recently. I am asking for the additional information to investigate it because based on the provided screenshot, I can see that the headers are existing in the spreadsheet.

With this, please provide the requested details below. You can provide it via Reply privately to author option.
1. Could you confirm if the issue was encountered with Google Ads scripts?
2. Provide the customer ID.
3. Specify the name of the script.
4. An access to the Google spreadsheet.

Hi Matt, I would need assistance with that too.

CID: 481-702-3301
the scripts are all the page feeds for DSA campaigns: IT DSA, US DSA, Italy Page Feed

It says no items were found but also reports there is no header row in the uploaded file.

Upon checking the account 481-702-3301, it appears that I was unable to observe a script being implemented in the account (Tools and settings > Bulk actions > Scripts). Please do note that our team can only provide assistance to Google Ads Scripts concerns. With this, are you able to confirm if the correct Google Ads account ID is provided as well as if you are using the said tool when you had encountered this issue?:

• If yes, kindly elaborate on your concern and provide complete and uncropped screenshots showing the issue as well as the name of the script so we can further investigate. You may send these privately via the Reply to author option. Note that you may need to join the Google Group for you to use this option. If this option is not available on your end still, you may send it through our email (googleadsscr...@google.com) instead.
• If you are not using the said tool stated above and are using the Google Ads API to implement the said scripts, then I'm afraid our team would be unable to further commend and would recommend you instead reach out to their dedicated API support team via their public forum as they are better equipped to provide assistance to your concern.
