Google Ads Bulk Actions Uploads Error - Stopped due to timeout

Dear Google Team,

 

We have been getting timeout errors during Bulk Actions Uploads uploading our Google Sheets.  It was running fine but the error messages have increased in recent days from 17^th May’25.

 

• Google Ads account MCC ID: 190-644-9003
• Google Ads account CID: 564-862-3150
• Name of the script: Custom Text ad

 

 

Kindly help in resolving these issues as it is impacting the client business to very great extent.

This is something everyone is facing with google ads scripts right now, I recommend duplicating existing script and running it again.

I would like to inform you that the maximum execution time for the bulk uploads is of two hours, post that the execution will be timed out. You can refer to the documentation for the same. In order to check further, could you please provide us with some sample google sheets that you are using for the bulk uploads. You can refer to this article to share a file publicly.

Regarding the script (Custom Text ad),as this was a third party script we are pleased to informed you that our team will not provide support for third party scripts and currently the failure is due to the unavailability of the spreadsheet url that is been used in the script. Please replace that with a new spreadsheet and execute again. For any further issues, reach out to the author of the script.
