I'm trying to add a script to my clients' accounts where I have admin access and I keep getting an error message that says: 

 

This script is currently not authorized to run in your account.

Please start the authorization process again.

 

Have any of you experienced this problem and know how to resolve it?

Hi Dustin,

Unfortunately, I do not have an update at the moment. I will check with the team. Despite the message you should still be able to preview, save and run your scripts after clicking out of the error pop-up.

Yes, you should still be able to run scripts like normal after closing the error pop-up box.

everytime I want to authorize the script I get this message:

Yes, seeing this as an ongoing issue across several accounts we manage. Google are aware and working on fixing it apparently. We're all awaiting some news...

I can confirm that we are currently fixing the issue. For now, you can close the error pop-up box, and then run, preview and save your scripts. If you are unable to perform these operations after closing the pop-up window, please let us know.

We will provide an update here when the issue is fixed.

We’re unable to run or preview any new scripts added since this error started being seen. We get a timeout. Scripts that were setup before the error are requesting new authoristion and show the error message but do still run.

is there any update on this issue please, i am experiencing exactly the same issue, i can run scripts manually and schedule them but when they run automatically they dont take the action required because they have not been authorised to make the changes

I tried all the options described bellow (clear cookies, use inconito mode...) but nothing happens. still have this error.

when can we expect a fix so we can still go with our scripts ?
