How to: Create & edit remarketing audiences using scripts

Hi,

Is it possible to create new and/or edit the existing remarketing audiences using scripts?

And if not, can you point me in the direction of how else I can create and edit audiences without having to point and click

It's possible to create analytics audiences

But remember about limit in 2000 audiences per resourse
