advanced protection - no scripts working

Hi, by any chance - is anybody using Advanced Protection and got any of scripts authorized/working? Due to security reasons (and two Yubikeys) i switched to advanced protection. It surely works almost great but any script that uses authorisation or access external data when i try to authorize and save it - is blocked with  "400: policy_enforced".

You guys know any workarounds?

I am using mostly ready made scripts like Mike Rhodes pmax script, or reporting ones based on those provided by google. Relogging to other account is pain in the ...
