Disapproved ads checker suddenly is "out of bounds"

Hi,

I have been running a Disapproved Ads Checker daily and receiving emails with a correct report each morning.
Suddenly the script stopped emailing me but the script history looks fine. And everything seems to work.

Although, when I enter the script history and look closer at the Log statements, no failures appear.
But, If I enter the script and run a preview in it while watching the Log, then it finds this: Those rows are out of bounds. (file Code.gs, line 164)

Does anyone know why?
