Link Checker - Manager Account script unable to apply Account Labels

I'm trying to run the Link Checker - Manager Account script (https://developers.google.com/google-ads/scripts/docs/solutions/adsmanagerapp-link-checker#frequently-asked-questions) and keep getting the following error (attached):

Change: Label applied to account
Status: An error occurred. Please try again later.

Has anyone encountered this problem and knows a solution?

This might be related to an ongoing issue. Can you please provide your CID and the name of the script in your account so that I can investigate?

I have the same problem in all accounts that run the link checker script. It appeared on January 30. Haven't changed anything with the scripts. Reinstalling the script doesn't solve the problem either.

Any idea what that is?

This is related to an ongoing account label issue. I will periodically check with the team, and as soon as I have more information on it, I will provide an update here.

Thanks for following up. We have made changes to the way account labels work, hence the link checker issue that you are facing. The script will not simply use labels from the same account level that the script exists in -- it will have access to labels from the level that the user logged in at. Please ensure that when you create the link checker script, that you log directly into the level that the script will sit in, rather than drilling down from a higher MCC level.

If you continue to have issues after following these instructions please let me know, and privately provide your CID and script name.
