¿Cómo arreglar Script que ha dejado de funcionar?

Buenos días,
Tenemos instalado un Script llamado "Quality Score Analysis 7 Days", el cual no está generando el correspondiente informe. Aparece con la alerta "Ha finalizado con errores"
Este es el listado de declaraciones de registro:

¿Alguien sabe como se puede corregir esto?

Thank you for posting your concern. I am afraid also that I can only provide support in English.
Based on the provided logs, it appears that you have a large number of keywords in your account that the script imported more than 5,000,000 cells of keyword's information into a spreadsheet. However, a Google spreadsheet could only have a 5,000,000 cells and this is the reason why the error occurred.
With this, since you are using a third party script and the issue is not directly related to any Google Ads scripts methods, you can reach out to the author of this script to get further support as it is out of our scope. They can modify the script that when a spreadsheet nearly reach the 5,000,000 cells limit, it would create a new spreadsheet so that all the information will be saved.
