Account Anomaly Detector: Wrong time after 4 pm and no mails

Hi everyone,

I'm facing two issues with the account anomaly detector scripts:

1) When the script runs after 4pm, it calculates the data until 1am instead of 1pm.
2) The script does not send me emails.

I am using the template version which sets itself up automatically. The spreadsheet is correctly integrated and is also filled with data. I have access to the Ads account and the spreadsheet with the same email address. Both issues occur in the single account as well as in the MCC version.

It would be nice if someone here could help me.
