Setting Bid Modifiers For Age/Gender In Search Campaigns

Is there a way to programatically get stats for the age/gender based audiences under search campaigns and then set bid modifiers based on those? I would like to be able to have scripts set adjustments based on performance.

AdWordsApp.targeting().audiences() only appears to contain remarketing audiences within the campaign that are being targeted.

Hello,

It is not available in scripts to get the age/gender based audience. AdWordsApp.targeting().audiences().get() will only get you remarketing audiences for search ad groups. However, you can get all the available information from Age Range Performance Report and Gender Performance Report.

Are there any plans to expand to add this functionality? While the data may be available through reports, updating the modifiers in an automated fashion isn't available in the same way that is for ad schedules, locations, devices, etc. The more modifiers that can be automated, the better. Especially since updating age and gender modifiers across a number of campaigns in a manual fashion would be time consuming and tedious.
