url for campaign(s) in Google Ads

Hello,

i have a script that pulls particular campaigns from an account level base on a criteria. From there it generates and email for notification saying the campaigns meet these criteria

i'm wondering what if any is the best means to setup a hyperlink with the email that would link to the campaigns directly?

when i review manually 

https://ads.google.com/aw/adgroups?campaignId=#&ocid=#&__c=#&authuser=0&__u=#

assuming they use the same browser for email and access to google.ads , where and how can i figure out what ocid, c, u fields should be populate

With regard to your concern about figuring out how ocid, c, u fields are populated, we are not the right team to answer this as this is a product level concern. Since it is more on product level concern, I would suggest that reaching out to the AdWords Community Forum for further assistance.
