Publish video ad via bulk upload

Hey, I already tried your API approach, which unfortunately didn't work. Now I am in the process of creating the video ads via bulk upload(excel file). I was already able to create the campaign and the adgroup, but unfortunately not the associated ad.

Unfortunately, this only brings the following error message: "An error has occurred. Please try again later."

So how can I create a bumper ad via the CSV or Excel sheet?

We would like to use CSV or Excel files, as these are to be retrieved from our platform at regular intervals.
