Value is lower than required minimum value

Been using google ads for a week now but havent got to use callout extensions because of the pop up Value is lower than required minimum value. Not sure where to put the code you guys all talk about.. Any help would be appreciated.

To further investigate the issue, could you provide the customer ID and the name of the script where the issue has been occurred via Reply privately to author option?
