Negative keyword list entity limit issue

Hi,

We're experiencing issues with adding negative keywords to negative keyword lists. One of our scripts pushes keywords to a negative keyword list. Once the keyword count has exceeded the entity limit of 5.000, it automatically creates a new list. However we're noticing instances where the script fails to push keywords to a negative keyword list due to the entity limit, even though the limit if 5.000 entities hasn't been reached yet. Please see the image attached as an example.

Could you please check with your technical team why this error occurs even before the limit of 5.000 entities? The point of error differs per negative list, but usually is somewhere between 4.500 and 5.000 entities. Thanks in advance.Negative keyword list entity limit issue.jpg

Thanks for coming back and providing the requested information. It does not seem that the error is an account limit issue as the script still continued to add negative keywords to the list in the next iterations even though the error is returned. With that said. allow me to reach out to the rest of the team for further analysis and investigation. I'll get back to you as soon as I have any updates.

Thank you for following up on the issue. Allow me to ask the team again of any made progress on the solution but it seems that that the issue occurs when clearing out negative keywords from a list and re-adding entities back to it.
