Can i send an email with an attachment the monthly Invoice - PDF and schedule it to run monthly ?

Hi,

Is there any way to automate the process of sending the monthly invoice to the emails of my customers ?

I have more than 70 Customers and every month i repeat the dedius process to export and email the Google Invoice.

Is it possible via Adwords Scripts ?

I found this page but i believe its not that simple in the case of the invoice ....

Hi,

You can use the sendEmailWithAttachments function and get the PDF file by its name, rather than its field ID. You can schedule it to monthly by Create schedule -> Monthly located on the main scripts page.

Let's say this is an individual account script, I want to have an invoice as PDF to be sent to A...@gmail.com every month.

That's not what I wanted. I don't want to create an excel sheet or manually upload PDF files to it. What I wanted is using a script to automate the process of sending a monthly Google Ad invoice to a client via email

Can you please confirm if this AdsApp.​BudgetOrder is what you are looking for? The said entity allows you to retrieve the billing account information in your Google Ads account. I believe that you utilize those along with MailApp service that allows you to send emails to specific users.

I just know that I need to send a Google Ads invoice directly from Google Ads account to a particular email every month. In other words, A monthly invoice from Google Ads needs to be sent to a customer email instead of me downloading it from the customer's account and email it to him/her every month, I need to automate this process somehow. I am not sure if it can be done with Google Ads Scripts, if yes. could you please provide me the script?

Hello Adel,

Thank you for your clarification. However, retrieving the invoice data from a specific Google Ads account is not yet supported via Google Ads scripts. Instead, only the given ​BudgetOrder entity which allows you to retrieve the billing account information in a specific Google Ads account is currently supported via Google Ads scripts.

However if you find it useful to have this kind of functionality within the Google Ads scripts, then I could submit a feature request regarding this. Before I can proceed, could you please provide your business use case (or benefit) with regard to this feature/functionality and sample screenshot of data within the UI that you’re trying to utilize via Ads scripts?
