Searchengineland Search Terms Script Deduplicates

Hi everyone, I started testing adwords scripts a month back to minimize manual tasks.

You all may have seen this script by searchengineland before: http://searchengineland.com/adwords-scripts-every-level-part-4-search-query-manager-free-script-included-212341

It helps add keywords and negatives from the search term report. Ive previewed it and have got to say it looks amazing! Was curious, though, on what would happen should the keywords already exist. Also, if search terms are already added or negated via adwords itself, will this have an effect on the script?

Help would be much appreciated.

Hi,

I don't believe any of the scenarios would have any effect on the script itself.  If the keyword exists, it would probably just either skip that keyword or it would update based on the new rules that have been set up in the script.  It is in fact a great script but since it was created by a third-party, I would suggest reaching out to SearchEngineLand as they would have insight into how the script is set up.
