For your reference, Campaigns and Ads have different selectors so if you want to retrieve ads at the campaign level, use Campaign.ads() instead which will return an AdSelector for each of your Display and Search Campaigns and use the AdSelector directly if you want to retrieve ads without looking at their campaigns. Please do note also that Video and Shopping Ads have different selectors. See VideoAdSelector and ProductAdSelector respectively.

In addition, the AdSelector's CampaignStatus column only enumerates ENABLED, PAUSED, REMOVED statuses and does not support the DELETED status. Please see AdsSelector Columns for your reference. Kindly update your script accordingly, then let me know if you are still unable to retrieve urls.

Unfortunately, Dynamic Search Ads is currently not supported through the Google Ads Scripts. However, you may retrieve FinalUrls' of Dynamic Search Ads by retrieving a Criteria Performance Report through scripts. This report allows you to pull a FinalUrls attribute at the ad group criteria level, one row per ad group and criteria combination. You may retrieve Reports using scripts by referring to the examples in this link.
