Refreshing Google Ads Report in Google Sheets

Hello, I have a problem with our reports in Google Sheets. The report can no longer be refreshed via the Google Ads add-on. I have attached the error as a screenshot.

I have tried everything but can't solve the problem. Is there anyone with the same problem who can help me? Thank you very much!
