Script problem

Hi there,

I am running a Script that loads in Campaings, Groups, Ads and Keywords. But we have a problem with uplaoading the: Campaign_upload.csv.

Since yesterday the script is not working anymore. We don't know what the problem is. 

At the moment we use a temporary script. I can provide you the script we normally use if needed. 

The error in the csv that can be downloaded in the Uploads section says: "User does not have access to this customer".

In don´t know what to do to solve this problem since the script works properly actually.

So I can further investigate the issue, could you provide the following information via Reply privately to author?

• Client customer ID
• script name
• spreadsheet access (if there's any)

hi, i have the same problem.

i have already found an issue - the problem is that we need to have assigned our MCK e-mail to the single accounts.

Thank you for providing the information. So other users can refer to the solution you did, could you provide more details what you meant by this "assigned our MCK e-mail to the single accounts"?

Hi,

I mean that if I run script via MCK there is an email from MCK account and this sort of linking is no longer supported by Google. No matter that we have got access via MCK.

My solution is to grant access for this e-mail from MCK to every single account where we run the script. Second way to solve this issue is to run the script from the level of every single account.

ok,

1) chceck the e-mail assigned to the running script (script author)

2) add above e-mail to single Google Ad Account (grant access to the account - standard access is enough)

3) run the script once again and check is it workig
