Configuring Customer Acquisition and Marketing Objective in Bulk Campaigns using Ads Script

Dear Google Ads Script Forum Members,

I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out with a query regarding the configuration of customer acquisition and marketing objectives within bulk campaigns using the Ads Script.

Currently, our team has made significant progress in creating campaigns through the Ads Script. However, we have encountered a challenge while attempting to set up specific configurations. Specifically, we are seeking a way to include the "Customer Acquisition" option for selecting "Optimize Campaign for Acquiring New Customers," as well as the ability to define the marketing objective as "Website Traffic" at the campaign level.

Despite thorough exploration, we have not been able to identify the appropriate columns in the CSV file or the campaigns method that would allow us to make these configurations

If any of you have encountered similar requirements or have insights into how we might overcome this hurdle, we would greatly appreciate your guidance. Any suggestions, workarounds, or code snippets that could help us achieve these objectives within the Ads Script framework would be invaluable to us.

Upon checking, setting Customer Acquisition and Marketing Objectives are not yet supported via the Google Ads Scripts. Allow me to raise a feature request for this to be supported in the future. Kindly note that this is a subject for review and what we can do is to advise you to keep an eye on our blog post for the updates and releases.

You can check this link for reference of the available functionalities that the bulk upload feature supports <https://support.google.com/google-ads/answer/10702525?hl=en&sjid=3849291684537738134-AP> wherein I'm afraid it's not possible to set the Customer Acquisition and Marketing Objective for campaigns. As a feature request has been raised for the said feature to be exposed, we would recommend you instead keep an eye on our Ads Developer Blog <https://ads-developers.googleblog.com/search/label/google_ads_scripts> for updates and announcements once the feature gets exposed via Google Ads Scripts.

Alright, Thanks a lot for the clarification.

Also I wanted to ask if it is possible to add schedule on a campaign while creating via bulk upload, I tried adding schedule column and followed this (https://support.google.com/google-ads/editor/answer/57751?sjid=16097663819522297623-EU) format but it did nothing. Please confirm if it is possible or not? Thanks in advance.
