Sharp drop in Google Ads Video campaign volumes in the last 12 hours

More than 50% of our video campaigns portfolio didn't start today.

For instance, CID 953-804-7925, Campaign ID 22980632094

Please help! This is urgent!

We manage hundreds of video campaigns across hundreds of Google Ads accounts in different countries. About 12 hours ago, most of them suddenly dropped in volume by 3–5x.
Has anyone else noticed this? Is this a wider Google issue or just on our side?
