Kindly take note that our team can only assist you in English so I have interpreted your email through Google Translate but please feel free to correct me on anything I may have misunderstood. Now, it seems that you are hitting your quota with the YouTube Data API but can you kindly clarify that you are still experiencing the same issue? I believe you are hitting your daily quota and should be replenished the day after. Please see Quota usage and YouTube Data API - Errors for your reference.
