manage image ads and/or ad groups in display/remarketing campaigns to position

can i use adwords scripts to manage ad groups and/or image ads to specific position? like you can do with keywords?

I know i could just test and find out but thought i would ask..... :)

Hi Jay,

You could manage adgroups, but not image ads using scripts.
