Hello!

I added a script to the Google Ads account that identifies the products that had a low search volume and tries to bring them to the front. I tried to create a supplemental feed in the Merchant Center Next account, but since the new interface does not allow the addition of supplemental feeds, I returned to the old version of Merchant Center. I created a supplemental feed in the old version of Merchant Center, but when I try to create a campaign in Google Ads using the custom label that selects these products, it does not appear. So I can't create a campaign with these products. Has anyone encountered this problem? Can someone help me?

Thank you!

The custom label should be available in Google Ads within 24 hours if you have added it correctly.

To verify that the custom label has been added correctly via your supplemental feed, navigate to the Google Merchant Center, go to Products > All Products, select the specific product, and scroll down to the attributes.
Make sure your data appears in the custom label.

If it is not showing, make sure you regenerate and Fetch/Process your feed.

To select the custom label inside Google Ads, open Google Ads UI,  go to your Shopping Campaign, choose Ad Groups, and then select the product group.
Click the pencil icon next to 'all products,' select 'custom label' from the dropdown menu, and then choose your values.

If the label is correctly showing in Merchant Center, and after 48 hours you do not see it in Google Ads, make sure you linked the correct Google Merchant Center to Google Ads.

Hope this helps,
