As per my understanding of your concern, you're aiming to pause your mobile app campaigns once they have met a threshold. Kindly take note of the campaign selectors that are currently supported for Google Ads Scripts:
- Supports Search and Display campaigns - https://developers.google.com/google-ads/scripts/docs/reference/adsapp/adsapp_campaignselector
- Supports Performance max campaigns - https://developers.google.com/google-ads/scripts/docs/reference/adsapp/adsapp_performancemaxcampaignselector
- Supports Shopping campaigns - https://developers.google.com/google-ads/scripts/docs/reference/adsapp/adsapp_shoppingcampaignselector
- Supports Video campaigns - https://developers.google.com/google-ads/scripts/docs/reference/adsapp/adsapp_videocampaignselector
I would like to inform you that App campaigns are not yet supported via Google Ads Scripts, and that you would only be able to access this type of campaign via reporting. I would like to note, however, that there already is a request raised for supporting App campaigns to be exposed via Google Ads Scripts, but we would not be able to provide a definite timeline with regard to it's release and would instead recommend you keep an eye on our Ads Developer Blog <https://ads-developers.googleblog.com/search/label/google_ads_scripts> for future updates and latest announcements.
In the meantime, you can opt to make use of the Mutate feature of Google Ads Scripts <https://developers.google.com/google-ads/scripts/docs/features/mutate>. An example for updating entities <https://developers.google.com/google-ads/scripts/docs/features/mutate#update> is also listed within the documentation. There are some basic resources on the Google Ads API REST interface that you would need to be familiar with before continuing with the guide so I would highly suggest checking it out before giving it a go:
