Bid Script Problem With Ad Group Default Bid

Hi,

I am trying to set my keywords and ad groups bid. Some keywords bids are same ad group default bids. If I set ad group bid, keyword bid changes otomaticly. Then I want to set other keywords bid,  keywords bids are as  same as ad group default bids set again. I am setting these keywords twice. How can i solve this problem?

Hi,

Based on my understanding, you are setting the bid for ad group level, which is then inherited by your keywords. However, when you set the bidding for keywords, you noticed that the keyword bidding is still the same with the ad group bidding. Could you confirm if this is your scenario? If yes, please give me your CID and script name via Reply privately to author so I can further check. If not, could you please elaborate more on your inquiry?

Also, naturally, keywords inherit the ad group's bidding since this is the default bid. Read this documentation for more details.

I am trying to set all keywords on my ad group. When i set bid for ad group level which is then inherited by my keywords. This keywords set correctly. 

This code works correctly.

Then scripts run this code on photo

This part works wrong. It set all keywords bids. I dont want to set keywords which has same bids with ad group level.

I just set this keywords on code first part.  Second part of the code set same keywords again. How can i solve this problem?

Hi,

Based on my understanding, the latter part of your code is not working properly due to it setting keyword bids which have the same ad group bid. If so, based on your code snippet, the latter part of the code will set the keyword bidding if the keyword cpc is not equal to the new adgroup cpc which is in tune with your requirement.

However, to further check the root cause why it is not working as expected, please provide me your CID and script name via Reply privately to author.

Hi,

I solved the problem. I am comparing newadbids and keywordcpc. 

newadbids = adgropbid*1.1 

but adwords use bids like 1.20 but my results can be 1.322 so this is not equal with keyword bids.
