Cross negative keywords in ad groups

Hello

I'm trying to build a script that will do the following:

1) Get all the enabled ad group names in a campaign

2) Add all the names as negative keywords in all the ad groups from that campaign, except those that matches exactly the ad group name or that doesn't have all the same words.

Can you help me?
