First, note that 'getBalance() and 'getBillingAccount()' are not supported functions for 'AdsApp.currentAccount()'. For a list of supported methods on the 'AdsApp.Account' object, you may refer to this document..

Second, the 'payments_account' report is not a valid report type. You can find the list of all available reports in this Reports guide.

I would like to inform you that the retrieving current balance of a specific account is not available in the Google Ads Scripts. I would recommend you to follow the Blog Post for further updates.

Note that our team's scope is limited to technical queries and concerns related to the Google Ads Scripts. Therefore, we are unable to assist you with Financial services verification as it falls outside the scope of the Google Ads Scripts team.
