linkchecker script to ignore active ads, keywords and sitelinks inside paused campaigns?

I have my link checker scripts set up to ignore paused Keywords, Ads and site links, but most of the time it is much easier to pause a campaign than all the objects within it to get the link checker to ignore those objects. Is there a way to edit the script and google sheet to have the link checker not check Keywords, Ads and Sitelinks that live inside paused campaigns?

If you set your spreadsheet to ignore paused entities, it will also ignored entities that are contained in paused campaigns and ad groups.

I don't think that that is true. I have seen that the linkchecker script will check active entities within paused campaigns. It only cares if the keyword, ad or site link is paused or active. it does not look at the ad group or campaign status. This is something that can be easily tested.

If you look at the function checkUrls, you'll see that the variable addConditions contains an includePaused parameter. This determines the status of the entities and its corresponding campaigns and ad groups.

Apologies, I ran a test and can confirm that the link checker script will, by default, ignore objects inside paused campaigns. Do you know if this was always the behavior of the script or did this logic start with a specific code version / update?  I feel like I have seen the lick checker script check active objects inside paused campaigns on multiple occasions.
