I believe an "AS" command for the Google Ads Query Language is available to rename columns. For specific concerns related to the GAQL or AWQL, kindly reach out for help through the AdWords API and Google Ads API Forum instead for better assistance. On the other hand, if you use Google Ads scripts in this regard and export the report data in a Google Sheet, then you can use the Spreadsheet Service to name the column fields yourself. For script examples, please see this link.
