frequency cap for a video campaign

Hi , i am iterating through campaign by this code  

var campaignIterator = AdsApp.videoCampaigns()

    .withCondition("CampaignName CONTAINS '" + campaignName + "'")

    .get();

    while (campaignIterator.hasNext()) {

      var videoCampaign = campaignIterator.next();

   }

i want to set frequency capping for videoCampaign .

i checked  https://developers.google.com/google-ads/scripts/docs/reference/adsapp/adsapp_frequencycapbuilder this document ,

but for my videoCampaign variable i was not able to see the option in this documentation .

how can i set frequency capping for video campaign ?

You may retrieve current frequency caps set for video campaigns by using the getFrequencyCaps method. This will return the FrequencyCaps entity and offers the newFrequencyCapBuilder and removeFrequencyCapFor methods to manage your video campaigns' frequency caps.
