Too Many Elements in the Collection" error when adding an Ad

I have worked on a script that creates RSA ads from existing ETA's for every adgroup. While adding the ads the script throws an error "Too Many Elements in a Collection". I verified the limits as shown in the below link and I can confirm that none of the limits are being violated. Can someone shed some light on this, please.
