Script to monitor changelog of MCC Accounts

I'm in need of a script to monitor the change logs of multiple accounts, to check whether they are optimized on a regular basis or not.

Any suggestions?

With regard to your concern on monitoring the change logs of multiple accounts, could you confirm if you're referring to the account's change history? If yes, then I'm afraid that this feature is currently not supported in the Google Ads Scripts. We've already raised a feature request for that; however, there is no guarantee if this will be supported soon in the Google Ads Scripts. In the meantime, please follow our blog for updates and new releases.

If you're not referring to the account's change history, could you provide more details on what you meant by monitoring the change logs so we could assist you further?
