Extracting Conversion with Cart Data based metrics as in Report Editor - Cart - Items cross sold via API?

Hello,

I'd like to know if it was possible to use the Ads API to extract the exact same metrics as the ones shown in the Report Editor - Shopping - Cart - Items cross sold report?

This view basically shows on which product the user clicked, & which corresponding product  was sold instead, by showing the following metrics:

- item id (clicked)

- item id sold

- product title sold

- revenue

- units sold

Looking at here, I can see that you can extract a couple of cross-selling metrics, but I'm not sure if there is a way to replicate the exact view you'd get in the Shopping > Cart-Items cross-sold report.
