Cost metrics documented but not found

Hi everybody,

I'm trying to query the cost metric of the campaign_performace, adgroup_performance and ad_performace reports. I'm using python for this:

All other metrics get queried properly but when i add metrics.cost it fails.

But in all 3 reports types the cost is documented:

Does anyone know a solution so I can query the cost?

Hi Dirk,

Thanks for reaching out. Can you please confirm if you are downloading a report via AdWords API or Google Ads API ? I took a look at your screenshot in the code you are using Google ads api and the document page is in the Adwords api.

I was using the Google Ads API, but i see that i was looking at the Adword api docs, this was my mistake.
