Device data count mismatch.

Hi Team,

I'm having a certain amount of data for devices when viewed through the Google Ads page (https://ads.google.com/). But when I fetch the same data with the same date range, I'm only getting less data.

I'll send the uncropped screenshot and API logs as a private reply.

Could you please confirm whether you are seeing a difference between the device data count in the Google Ads UI and Google Ads. If you are facing the discrepancies in the devices data. Could you please provide us with the below information:

• Please provide us with the complete API logs conversions (request and response with request-id and request header) generated at your end on a specific data range. Also, include the uncropped UI screenshot of a specific data fields (from your Google Ads account) highlighting the discrepancy in device data observed for the same dates. 

If you are using a client library and haven't enabled the logging yet, I would request you to enable logging for the specific client library that you are using. You can refer to the guides Java, .Net, PHP, Python, Ruby or Perl to enable logging at your end. For REST interface requests, you can enable logging via the curl command by using the -i flag.
