Campaign Platform Target Report Issue [Urgent]

Hello,

As of sometime 7/17/15 the Campaign Platform Target Report has started returning a descriptive string for the "Id" column as opposed to what was previously a number. This column is documented as

Id

ID of the main object of this row.

TypeLong
Display NamePlatform
XML Attributeplatform
BehaviorAttribute
FilterableTrue
Supports Zero ImpressionsTrue

Previously

<row campaignID='************' platform='30001' bidAdj='0%'/>

As of 7/17/15

<row campaignID='************' platform='mobile devices with full browsers' bidAdj='0%'/>


We've been pulling this report every day for a multitude of accounts without trouble for the last 6 months. Can we please get additional information on whether this change in value is permanent and if not how soon will it be reverted. Any assistance on this matter would be greatly appreciated as it is affecting all of our clients.

Hi,

Could one of you use the "Reply to Author" option to share with me a failed request log and the report you got as response? I'll ask the reports team to investigate this further.

Hi, Anash

Any updates on this issue? We have 181 customer accounts where our account sync has been broken for 4 days. We need to get this resolved as soon as possible. Please let us know if there is anything else you need from us in order to address this.

We have a fix in place, it should most likely go live on Friday or Monday depending on when the servers are updated.

This appears to have been resolved now. At least for the accounts I checked.
