Expanded Ads Under Review in Test account

I have created a number of expanded ads via the api in a test account but all of them seem to be stuck in the "Under Review" status. Standard ads I have created at the same time are showing as Approved.

Most of these Expanded Ads were created at least 10 days ago.

Is there anything about creating Expanded ads in a Test account that would stop them from going Active?

Hi Antony,

Ads in test accounts cannot go live. Please try creating your ads in a production account and you should be able to see the appropriate status of an ad within one business day. For ad review and policy related questions, please free to post your query on the AdWords Community Forum.
