not able to access one of the google accounts data in super-metrics

Hi,

I have two google ads account associated with my email ID. I am using one of the analyzing tools named super-metrics which enables me to fetch data from Ads account. While i am able to fetch data from one account, i am not able to get the other account data although i am able to get the reports from Google Ads using the ads report. I have raised the ticket with them but they are telling the issue is at your side. kindly check and let me know the solution for it.

Hi Sanket,

 

Thank you for reaching out. Do both of your accounts have the same manager account? It looks like the manager account for the account you provided (280-805-1655) only has Test Access on their developer token so you will be unable to make API calls with this account. I'm unfamiliar with Supermetrics but if it requires you to have API access, this could be the reason it isn't working as expected.

Hi Mitchell,

Thanks for the update. Yes, my both accounts are linked to the same manager account. Supermetrics is automation tool for marketing metrics and analysis and yes i do require API access to be enabled. Let me know how can i enable it and solve the problem.

Hi Sanket,

You will need to login as a manager account in order to access this page. Once the manager account has API access, you will be able to make calls using their token.
